With experience leading a K–8 school in an urban environment, she focuses on practical AI use beyond basic prompting, helping principals reduce administrative overload, streamline instructional leadership, and protect time for people over paperwork.

Her work centers on system redesign, productivity, and sustainable leadership, and she regularly presents on how school leaders can use AI as a productivity partner rather than an add-on.

Principal Mo is the creator of the People Over Paperwork framework and is known for translating complex AI tools into real-world leadership workflows that actually get used.
